flexography equipment Flexography Printing

Also Known As: flexographic printing | flexo

Our flexo press is used for printing on materials used in packaging.  Flexography uses flexible printing plates
made of rubber or plastic. The inked plates with a slightly raised image are rotated on a cylinder which
transfers the image to the substrate. Flexography uses fast-drying inks and is a high-speed print process.

Some Print Examples: Typical applications for flexography are stickers, labels and hang tags

sheet fed equipment Sheet-fed Printing

Our sheet-fed presses print on individual sheets of paper, as opposed to continuous rolls of paper used on web offset
presses, and can handle small or large sheets. This printing method is also used to print on cardstock and styrene.

Some Print Examples: Brochures, business cards, fliers, pamphlets, magazines and booklets

web offset equipment Web Offset Printing

Also Known As: web-fed

Our web presses print on continuous rolls of newsprint or offset paper and consist of several connected
units for printing different colors of ink along with cutting and folding.  We use wide rolls of paper and are
set up with  multiple folders to handle more than one section if necessary.

Some Print Examples: A web press is typically used for very high volume printing i.e. newspapers, tabloids and booklets
